Sand Dune

2 years ago this sand dune north of Perth was one of the best dunes around for unique formations and as it’s not visible from the road and has no access it had always remained untouched so we finally made the trip up on the weekend, over the last 2 years the unique formations had gone but still a pretty good shot. [4 image stitch, Canon 1dmk4 24-70mm 2.8]

This is a photo we got up at 4am for, a sunrise shot of the windfarm near Cervantes – this is an image I’ve wanted for years and everything finally lined up to get it.

This is the other Matilda Bay image I got last week, still not sure which one I prefer the most – think I like this one better. I actually had someone come up and tell me where to shoot from and what to have in the shot, ironically this is the shot they were after.

Another great sunrise this morning, one of many that we’ve had lately. This photo, taken this morning at Matilda Bay is a 14 image stitch cropped down to about 10. @ 70mm.
