Riviera Variety Splash 2011

The 2011 Riviera Variety Splash left Fremantle for Busselton on Thursday in a 5 day trip around the south west and we managed to get some shots as they left. All images will be available for veiwing and purchase on the Heliwest website soon, we shot some video as well which should be ready next week sometime! Shot on the 1D mk 4 from Heliwest’s 105.

‘Samson Supplier” Video.

This is just a quick video of the arrival of the “Samson Supplier” we did on Saturday morning, shot on the 7D with a KS-6 stabiliser attached and using the 24-70mm 2.8. Probably one of the more difficult shoot’s we’ve done what with shooting video and still’s by one person and trying to dodge the water cannon, nothing worse than salt spray on the lens - specially in a chopper!

In one of my earlier post’s I mentioned about the covershot we got for Ocean Magazine, well it’s on the shelve’s now with a different photo on the cover which I think suit’s this boat more.

Ocean Magazine is the premium superyacht magazine and at almost 200 page’s is huge! In the same issue is also a double page spread as part of a 7 page story on Australia-Yachts.
